- Provide a free and unconditional initial assessment of the chances of migration of each migrant. A written agreement is thereafter signed with each applicant based on the services provided.
- Provide a pre-settlement/resettlement assistance questionnaire to help applicants and their family for relocation in New Zealand at no extra cost.
